We collaborate with many design/build contractors and consulting engineers to assist with 3D modeling the design phase of their projects.
Our goal: a more efficient, sustainable design, that is coordinated, and can be prefabricated and installed per the industry's standards of construction. We can accomplish all of this in the design phase. -
General Contractors and Construction Managers
We work with many GC's and CM's during the pre-construction phase of the project as well. We collaborate with them to provide an organized and efficient coordination process and schedule to support their construction schedule.
If desired we're able to establish, maintain, and lead the coordination process with your team of subcontractors as well as performing value added analysis and constructibility reviews. -
Mechanical Contractors: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Pneumatic Tube, Low Voltage, Industrial Insulators
Aside from leading the coordination process, we're also capable and confident to participate at the extent required by the project's subcontractors.
