- Lead regular coordination meetings with various parties.
- Compile a comprehensive 3D model to identify clashes between trades and distribute the model to the Team for resolution.
- Work with Team to identify your company's best practice installation standards or adopt ours.
- Work with your Estimating Department to identify Value Engineering opportunities.
- Identify engineering flaws and suggest a resolution through the RFI process.
- Identify conflicts with Architectural and Structural elements and suggest a resolution through the RFI process.
- Work with your Team to determine an installation game plan to ensure the coordinated system supports the desired sequence of installation.
- Help your Team break the project into installation "picks" to expedite the delivery of material and prefabrication at strategic times to minimize wasteful material handling.
- Communicate regularly with your Team to ensure that all the information contained on the coordinated "sign-off" drawing is understood and utilized effectively.
